A little backstory on the brand...

My mother-in-law is the ultimate gift-giver, always returning from world travels with incredible finds. I set out to create a gift for her that is just as elevated and special as the treasures she brings home from abroad, but reflects the life we love right here in New England.

In the Northeast, the coastal lifestyle and devotion to our pets go hand-in-hand. Since she is a cat fanatic, I knew my first creation had to have a feline touch, while being durable and elegant enough for a classic seaside home. Because nothing beats a crisp morning by the Atlantic with a coffee and furry companion nearby.

Crafted from premium wool felt and proudly Made in the USA, this collection is my love letter to family, the Atlantic breeze, and the pets who make every coastal morning better.

The story is just beginning. I am so incredibly excited to share our upcoming collections with you. Cat lovers, get ready to share the spotlight—our next design is officially in production, and exciting new product collaborations are currently in development to bring even more coastal charm to your home.

Return Policy - Coasters

We want you to love your coasters. If needed, they may be returned in their original, unused condition within 15 days of purchase for a refund.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Simply email us at customerservice@loveisfelt.com to request a return authorization form and we’ll share the easy next steps.

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us right away at customerservice@loveisfelt.com. We’ll make it right.
Shipping - Most Items

Accessories, coffee mugs, glassware and tote bags are thoughtfully produced to order, just for you. These items ship separately from our wool felt coaster collection. If you’ve ordered a mix of items, they may arrive in multiple packages — but don’t worry, everything is on its way!

Free shipping is available on purchases of 3 or more coaster sets!

For smaller orders, a flat rate of $7.50 is charged for standard shipping, which typically arrives within 3-7 business days.

For quick ship, a flat rate of $27.00 for FedEx 2Day offers guaranteed second-day delivery by 8pm to residences.
